The location was perfect, within walking distance of the train station and historic sites. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Plus, we received a complimentary discount at their jeans store downstairs!

It had GOOD location and staff, loved it. There was a bidet. The location was best possible and ideal a 5-minute walk away from a long-standing church. Adjacent to the bus stop, 10 minutes' walk away.

The air conditioning in the top floor apartments may struggle to adequately cool the room during hot summers.

The apartment's location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. It was a great base for exploring Verona, with key attractions like the castle and Verona Arena just a short walk away. Additionally, the apartment was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

One drawback was the thin mattress on the single bed, which could have been thicker for added comfort. Another surprise was not being allowed to use the kitchen and sofa, despite a photo of the kitchen being shown in the advertisement.

The modern and cozy Giulietta room was amazing, with a beautiful bathroom. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Highly recommended!
